Anxiety - With a Therapist
Is it hard to focus sometimes because your mind is always jumping to the next thing? Do you find yourself “worked up”, irritable, and just can’t seem to relax? Are you missing deadlines at work, or feel pressure to perform?

Spirituality - With a Therapist
Do you feel like you’re moving aimlessly? As if you’re existing but not really living. Maybe you feel depleted, unmotivated, or just spiritually drained. Are you feeling pressure to be religious or do what’s “right?”.
Sometimes people don’t feel comfortable seeking counsel from a pastor or clergy personnel and that’s OKAY. Spiritual matters extend beyond churches and religious practices. If you’re feeling spiritually disconnected, you don’t have to deal with it alone. We want to see you breakthrough the spiritual chains that are weighing you down and break into a better you!

Adolescents - With a Therapist
Here at Breakthrough we understand some of the struggles that adolescents go through, in part because we’ve been an adolescent before!
Adolescents today experience a vast amount of stressors and unique challenges. We realize this and work with adolescents and families to face challenges head on and work to overcome problems.
We do this by using the following steps
Understanding the culture and vision of your family
Exploring the culture and goals of the adolescent
Blending #1 & #2 to reach a healthy resolve
