Meet William

William Sharpe III, MS, LPC, NCC is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping high-functioning men navigate anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. A North Carolina native and Army National Guard Veteran, he stepped into the mental health field in 2014 and later earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. His mission is to help men break through self-doubt, build resilience, and make confident decisions that lead to lasting change.

Beyond his work as a therapist, Will is a passionate musician, skilled in both piano and guitar. He finds balance and renewal through camping and exploring the outdoors, appreciating the clarity and peace that nature brings. Recently married, he values deep connections, authenticity, and spiritual growth—principles that guide both his life and therapeutic approach.

A typical therapy session

Focused, direct, and results-driven. We’ll talk about what's on your mind—whether it’s managing stress, making decisions, dealing with self-doubt, or navigating commitment in relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and respected, with no judgment.

I understand the value of independence, so I’ll never push you to share more than you're comfortable with, but I’ll challenge you to dig deeper and get real about what's holding you back. We’ll focus on actionable steps you can take to tackle life’s challenges head-on, while also providing room to process and reflect. By the end of each session, you'll walk away with a clearer mind, more confidence, and a sense of direction.
