These are some of the common things that characterizes anxiety and can make it hard for us to work, go to school, get along with other people, and even get along with ourselves at times. You have things that you want to accomplish and you probably don’t want something like anxiety to get in the way.

I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to anxiety comes from a place of purpose and simplicity. When life’s stressors start to overcome us, we begin to notice how less is more and we can start to see greater value in simplifying things. By diving into therapy, we are able to do the following:
